How to Make Your Call:

  1. Pre-authorize payment ($5.00 hold) with Stripe
  2. Wait for call system to initialize
  3. Click "Start Call" when the button is enabled
  4. Speak with the Tax Authority representative
  5. Click "End Call" when finished

Note: Your card will only be charged based on your actual call duration after the call ends.

The pre-authorization hold will be released if you don't make a call.

Note: If the call button remains disabled, please ensure:

  1. You have allowed microphone permissions
  2. You have a stable internet connection
  3. You have completed the payment pre-authorization
